Ethan launched his legal career at a prominent criminal defense firm in Philadelphia, where he provided invaluable assistance to senior partners on intricate legal matters involving the 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendments. He played a pivotal role in several high-profile cases across the tri-state area, tackling charges including murder, attempted murder, organized crime, and commercial fraud. This experience has been invaluable in serving his own clients, and he continues to draw upon it today.
Leveraging this extensive experience Ethan transitioned from trial advocacy to post-trial matters and joined a top-rated Philadelphia appeals firm, where he excelled in criminal post-conviction work. His expertise includes drafting and filing Direct Appeals, Post Conviction Relief Act Petitions, Conviction Integrity Unit Petitions, and engaging in Federal Habeas Litigation. His work has included the examination of sealed law enforcement homicide files and county prosecutor files, investigating cases dating from 1993 to the present.
Ethan is a lifelong Pennsylvania resident and currently resides in Bucks County. Ethan graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Legal Studies and Marketing. Thereafter. Ethan attended Syracuse University’s College of Law and obtained his Juris doctorate.
